Sensitive information and client records
Please do not send patient records, identifying health information, or other sensitive documents in an initial email. Contact Melissa first to discuss the engagement and arrange an appropriate secure transfer method. This website is not a patient portal or a medical record submission system.
Access, disclosure, and retention
Inquiry information may be processed by providers supporting email and business communications. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable law or legal process. Retention needs depend on the inquiry, any resulting engagement, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
